A Russian Blue is slightly larger than the average house cat, so a healthy weight for an adult male would be in the range of 10 to 12 pounds (4.5 to 5.5Kg). Anything above 15 pounds (7Kg) is overweight.

I have a male Russian blue and he weighs in at 18.4 lbs and fairly long. They should normally weigh about 12 lbs when they are adults. Mine is fairly over weight too.
