Pandora is a huge data consuming app. if you use it every day for 15 for a month you will use about 3.5 GB. But if your connected to wifi you should be fine.

How much does it cost to listen to the radio with your cellphone?

It depends on your cellphone, your service provider, and the way you are listening to the radio. If you have a radio scanner built in, then it should be free. If you are using an application like Pandora on a smartphone, then it depends on your data plan. Unlimited data plans will allow you to listen for free (unless the supposedly unlimited plan comes with a data usage cap like many do). Others will charge you a certain rate for however much data is processed by the phone. With an app like Pandora, that can become a lot and very pricey. Hope that this helped.
