I always replace both tie rods.
On my 1995 Ford Explorer I go around to the passenger side and tip the rear seatback forward and lift the panel that is directly behind the seat . The ( 2 ) extension rods are held in place by clips underneath the panel
If you mean the two rods stored behind the rear seat and under the floor panel , they are used for the wheel jack and the rod with the hook on one end is used to lower the spare tire
replacing tie rods will require a front end alignment. Remove cotter pin and nut than unscrew from drag link and replace
remove the trim from the interior of the lift gate. There is access to the connecting rods that will release the catch from the Nader bolts.

A 2002 Chrysler Sebring has an overhead cam engine. That means it does not have push rods.
The jack is behind the removable plastic panel in the cargo area on the drivers side along with the lug wrench and the ( 2 ) extension rods for the jack are located just behind the rear seat under the lift up floor panel ( what I do on my 1995 Ford Explorer is go around to the passenger side and flip the back of the rear seat down to gain easy access to the flip up panel and rods for the tire jack )
if its like a 93 there are two hex end threaded rods buy each light 1 for up and down and one for left and right. turn them to adjust

The shaking you experience is caused by slack in the front end. Have it checked by a professional. You've probably got some bad ball joints or tie rods. Either way it can be dangerous.
yes, yes it is. But only whith the use of a plasma arc torch and nickel prodnium welding rods. A big chunk of 2x4 and a ratchet strap also help.
