It varies, but the semi-major axis of Titan's orbit is about 1.22 million km. The actual distance between them would be slightly less, since Saturn itself has an equatorial radius of about 60,000 km.

The distance from the Moon to Titan, one of Saturn's moons, can vary as both celestial bodies orbit and move in space. On average, the distance is approximately 758,000 miles (1.22 million kilometers).

The Moon is a satellite of Earth, while Titan is a satellite of Saturn. The distance between the Moon and Titan will depend on where the Moon is in its own orbit, where the Earth is in its orbit around the Sun, Saturn's orbit around the Sun, and Titan's orbit around Saturn, because all of these bodies - Earth, moon, Saturn and Titan - are all moving.

The closest they would normally come is when the Earth and Saturn are closest, and when the Moon is farthest from the Sun and Titan is closest to the Sun. So we take Saturn's orbital distance and subtract the Earth's orbital distance, the Moon's orbital distance and Titan's orbital distance. From The Nine Planets, an excellent reference page for the solar system, we see that the closest the Moon and Titan get (based on average distances for each orbit!) is 1,278,194,000 km, which is 794,232,930 miles.

The farthest apart they would ever be is when the Earth and Saturn are on opposite sides of the Sun, and the Moon and Titan are both the farthest from the Sun, so we add together all those orbital distances.

The farthest distance is 982,143,035,000 miles.
