All of them were originally Japanese but the American dubbed it into to English and they also edited it and made characters different because of who they were in the Japanese version for example they changed Amara and Michelle into cousins but in the Japanese version they were lovers. The Americans didn't like lesbians at this time so they changed it but finally the last season was subbed because the creator of Sailor Moon didn't want the Americans playing around with the characters. To answer your question straight forward all of them...they are all in English sub English dub and Japanese.
Episodes 1 - 165 are in english. The rest are in Japanese. The seasons are sailor moon , sailor moon R, sailor moon S, sailor moon SuperS, and sailor Stars. Sailor Stars is in Japanese but with English subtitles. There are 200 episode of sailor moon in Japanese but 165 episodes in english. This is because episodes 166 through 200 are a little inappropriate for children under 13.
That depends. In the original 1990s anime, "Season 2" began with "Sailor Moon R," itself broken up into two pieces: one was Sailor Moon Returns, a filler arc of 13 episodes that was created to make up for the time Naoko Takeuchi needed to write and finish the second arc of the manga, and Sailor Moon Romance, the 30 episode arc that corresponded with the manga's storyline more closely. The total episodes in this season include episodes 47 through 89 (43 episodes).Sailor Moon Crystal has just started airing what is arguably its second season, but the season doesn't have any special name; it's still Sailor Moon Crystal. It has yet to finish airing yet.

Rino Romano (episodes 1-11), Toby Proctor (episodes 12-65) and Vince Corazza (episodes 66-159, and the movies). This is for the English dubbed version of Sailor Moon.

Naoko Takeuchi finished drawing the manga, and there was no story for the anime to work with after the Stars season. It's unlikely that Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (5th season) will be dubbed into English, since it's been fifteen years, and rights to Sailor Moon are gone.
