For her age, i think she should eat somewhere between 2,000-2,600 calories a day. eat healthy foods. also, if you area dehydrated, make sure to drink COLD water. If you want feel full and not wanting to eat junk food, drink at least half a bottle of WARM or room temperature water. It makes you feel full. Just make sure to feel healthy.
