The publisher has scheduled five books total. They are to be released one a year, each fall, between 2010 and 2014.
The final book will be The Blood of Olympus, and will be released on October 7, 2014. But from reading the book there will be more books I don't now if they are going to be in series or a new series but there will be more books
There will be 5 books in the Heroes of Olympus series. Book 2 is coming out in October 2011. book 3 in fall 2012, book 4 in fall 2013, and book 5 will be released in fall 2014. Book 1 was called The Lost Hero, book 2 will/is called the Son of Neptune, book 3 might be called Dawn of Gaea... I'm not sure.
Two are out so far (The Lost Hero and The Son of Neptune) and The Mark of Athena is coming out this fall (2012). There should be 5 books in all like the Percy Jackson series.
