There were 2 Tommys in Power Rangers one of which was the real Tommy that was the evil Green Ranger under Rita's control until he lost his powers completely and then eventually became the White Ranger, Zeo Ranger V, the Red Turbo Ranger and the Black Dino Thunder Ranger however the second Tommy is the Tommy that was created with the magic of the Wizard of Deception who was created using Rita Repulsa's Ghost of Darkness.
