It depends on the age, babys take naps but turn into children before a full nights sleep, I'm not sure on children, but they wake up at eight, teenagers sleep longest, 9:00pm to 9:00 am, adults sleep from 10:00pm to, well I'm not sure what time they wake up.
it depends on how old they are. if a baby it sleeps as much as it needs to. if a toddler and a teenager it goes to sleep at 9:00 and wakes up at 10:00. if its an adult it will fo to bed at 10:00 and wake up at 9:00.
It depends which form your tamagotchi is in (baby,child,teen,adult).
My adult is age 6 and it wakes up at 10:00A.M
But my other tamagotchi is age 7 and it wakes up 15 mins later.

but i say 19:20pm
when they are small they sleep 10 hour but when they 3 year old they sleep 12h
It all depends on how old your tama is. if its a baby it wont sleep much, when its a child i will go to bed at 9pm and wake up 10am the following day.
