This field of genetic research is known as 'behavioural genetics.' The relationship between genes and behaviour is a more complicated issue than the connection between genes and diseases.Although there seems to be an agreement that genes do have an indirect effect on behaviour, there have been suggestions that any attempt to understand how genes affect behaviour will fail.

Genetics can influence human behavior in organizations through traits like personality type, motivation, and leadership capabilities. For example, someone with a genetic predisposition for extroversion may be more inclined to seek out social interactions and take on leadership roles. However, it's important to note that genetics is just one factor influencing behavior, and it interacts with environmental and situational factors.

Genes can affect human behaviors in all sorts of ways. As an embryo is developing, its gaining a mixture of different cells, genes, etc. Since 2011, this is one gene that has been working its way into these genetics called "SWAG." This gene is usually formed when the father (male) is a snap back wearing doucher, and impregnates a woman (lady) and gives this fetus a chance of being a snap back wearing doucher too. Sometimes the child may not get the "SWAG" gene, but may develop a gene that is just as bad called "HEEHAW." This gene cause the fetus to form cowboy like instincts and will probably coming out using his/her umbilical cord as a lasso. anyway, hope this helped.

Ride on.
