Depends. If you leave it out in a dry environment it can take several weeks because it is difficult for spores to germinate in that condition. If placed in a place like in a sealed plastic bag, the moisture will gather up in there and the mould spores will germinate fast, in 1 maybe 2 days.
If you want to do this experiment, look up the question "How do you mold fruit?" and I have answered that there.
Hope this answers your question!

How fast a loaf of bread will go moldy depends on several different things including:
Mold can still grow on bread in the freezer, but it grows more slowly at low temperatures. It can take weeks to months for mold to start forming on bread in the freezer, depending on the specific conditions. Regularly check your frozen bread for any signs of mold growth.
Mold needs moisture to grow. Toasting removes the surface moisture. Toasted bread will mold. It just takes longer.
Mold needs moisture to grow, and bread loaves are usually baked at high temperatures, which kills mold spores. Additionally, the crust of the bread creates a barrier that helps prevent mold growth inside the loaf.
Dried out bread is less likely to mold compared to fresh bread, as mold requires moisture to grow. However, if dried bread is exposed to high humidity or damp conditions, it can still mold. Proper storage in a cool, dry place can help prevent mold growth on dried bread.
Water provides the moisture that bread mold needs to grow and thrive. Mold spores are present everywhere in the environment, and when they come into contact with water on bread, they can germinate and begin to grow, eventually forming visible mold patches. Storing bread in a cool, dry place can help prevent mold growth.
it depends where you put it .
Yes, mold will definetly grow on toasted bread.
Answer:Warmth and moisture encourages bread to grow mold.
Mold will grow faster on white bread.
This depends on the mold. eg: Bread molds grow on bread.
bread grows mold because if it is dry and worn out it needs the mold
Mold will grow on any type of bread as long as the conditions are right. Mold likes to grow when it is warm, moist and dark.
bread mold in about 10/15 days it deepens what type of bread it is
When you toast bread the moisture is sucked out of it. Mold thrives in moist environments, so it would not grow easily on toast because toast is dry. However, moisture in the air would soon go into the bread and it would grow mold; but not as fast as normal bread.
Mold can also grow on cheese.
Dry bread won't grow mold because mold only occurs in moist, damp places.
It does, it just takes time. I am doing a science project right now and it is about bread mold. Do you WANT to have mold grow or something?
