A 'dinosaur'? This question can't be answered there are hundreds of different dinosaur species, some had flexible, short, long or muscular legs. Some dinosaurs like utahraptor were really fast comparing to a dimetrodon (but dimetrodon wasn't a dinosaur its a prehistoric reptile) And what type of prey is it? An apatosaurus? Or a fabrosaurus..? Again they run at a different speed. (As far as i know an apatosaurus could break its legs if it would have tried to run because of its heaviness)

Scientists agree that it could run (or hop) at 40 mph. I believe that velociraptor ran at about 10-20 mph and accelerated up to 40 mph when hopping. Niether of these have been proven yet, weve only got bones!

Velociraptor probebly ran to about 40 mph for about 30 secs. But velociraptor may not have run at all! Some people think it hopped. Velociraptor probebly ran to about 40 mph for about 30 secs. But velociraptor may not have run at all! Some people think it hopped.
