Domestic or wild species? Wild species - all except flightless teal from the S hemisphere can fly. Domestics - most breeds can fly at least a little, particularly when young. As a guide, the bigger the breed, the poorer the flight - really large breeds such as Aylesbury's, Rouens etc. can't fly at all.
