They eat the algae. And since anglea is a plant if we don't have something to eliminate some of it before it grows. If the algae grows and produces more, then the oxygen level in the water lowers and all the fish die. and then... the world is fishless.

Snails help the ecosystem by eating decaying plant matter and contributing to nutrient cycling. They are also a food source for many other animals, helping to support biodiversity. Additionally, snails serve as hosts for parasites and can help control invasive plant species.

How do carnivores help keep an ecosystem in balance?

Carnivores play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of an ecosystem by controlling the population of herbivores, which in turn prevents overgrazing or browsing of plant species. This helps maintain biodiversity and the health of the ecosystem by ensuring a sustainable food chain. Additionally, carnivores can help control the spread of disease by preying on sick or weaker individuals within a population.

What is the significance of the predator animal in the ecosystem and how does it impact the balance of nature?

Predator animals play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of nature within an ecosystem. They help regulate the population of prey species, preventing overpopulation and ensuring the health of the ecosystem. By controlling the population of prey animals, predators also help maintain biodiversity and promote the overall stability of the ecosystem.
