For Sinnoh, battle every trainer and look in pokecenters for Pokemon eggs. To see Dialga, after the game, go see the old lady in celestic town after you defeat the Elite four.
For National, look on Serebii.net for Pokemon appearences and trade with your friends.
Remember, you can only trade via WiFi for Pokemon u have already seen
Do u have a GBA Pokemon game? All u have 2 do is get national dex in pearl and the other game. Put the GBA game into slot 2 of u're DS and play pearl. In the main menu select migrate from -----------. Choose Pokemon u want to migrate. Do tis every day and u'll have caught `em all!
