Several ways. "Voy a mandarte un beso." (I am going to send you a kiss). "Te mandaré un beso." (I will send you a kiss). Or, a third way "Envio a ti un beso." (I send you a kiss). The last one would not be used in English in that way, but in Spanish it is perfectly OK to used the present tense to speak of the near future.
