No repairing those blower motors, replace it with a new one.
under the glove box there is a panel that holds the blower motor...remove the screws...4 i believe....remove the black plastic cover....there are three screws that holds the blower motor in...remove these and then remove the blower motor...unplug the power source and feed wires out of the hole.....reverse to replace the motor
You need to replace the blower motor resistor located near the glove box.
replace the blower motor resistor. it is located on the firewall near the heater hoses.

* Disconnect the negative battery cable * Remove the glove compartment and lower dash trim to gain access to the heater case and blower motor * Detach the blower motor cover and disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor * Remove the blower motor mounting screws and pull the blower motor carefully out of the housing * If you are replacing the motor detach the fan and transfer it to the new motor
Its to the left of the blower motor under the dash on the passengers side and it should be held in place by a small screw and or its just a pull out type.....
The heater blower motor, which is under the dash is held in by three screws. After unscrewing, wiggle the blower out by pulling back the carpet layers to give extra room. Make sure that the replacement matches the original as there are two versions of the motor for earlier 2000 models.
