There is an eyelet at one end, not a clip, how do I get that off. Should be clips at each end of struts- - slide them back and strut will come pop off of stationary pins I have a 1993 Jeep grand Cherokee i bought new struts from autozone about 20 bucks attached to the lift gate there are 2 screws and attached to the body by near the taillight there is a ball with a pin holding it on, pull the pin out then pull the strut off. the remove the screws attached to the lift gate. have a stick or something to hold up the lift gate when you are taking these off....
