Are you serious? How would you treat your hands if your skin came off? Your dog obviously has a reason for chewing on it's feet in the first place. Put some neosporin on it's feet and bandage them up, and then put your dog in the car, and take him to the vet.

the easiest answer is that if your dogs pad is a torn in half go straight to the vet. if your dogs pad has a tiny bit of pad hanging of you can either carefuly cut it off or leave it and put a small bandage on so it doesnt get adjitated the next day if its not better or really swollen you will have to go straight to the vets

thank you for reading and hope that your dogs pad gets better!!!!!!!

A technique that has worked for me: Once you get it cleaned up, use adhesive sutures to pull the wound together, then super-glue it.

The only problem left is to keep your dog from licking the wound. My approach is to put a bandage on the foot and stay with the dog until I've succeeded in training it to leave the bandage be. This last part is only needed once per dog.

wash it in cold as possible water, tie a soft cloth (terry or washcloth preferable) on the pad and take the dog to a vet to get ointment

otherwise don't let it get on its feet if you cant get to a vet, wash often and do not let it get an infection

Rinse it under cold water and rap it up. Make sure your dog doesn't walk on it. Get it immediately into the car and get it to the vet. The vet will take care of the torn paw.

Remove the gum in any of several ways. If you have a calm dog, one way is to freeze it with an ice cube and cut off the gum. Use cooking oil to soak the gum and you should be able to wipe it off.

A minor sore on a dog's paw can be treated with Neosporin or other anti-bacterial ointment. A deep cut or weeping sore should be looked at and treated by a veterinarian.
