If it is an automatic, read the dipstick. It is written on the dipstick. If it is a standard tranmission, mercon works.
You will need a code reader. Your local auto parts store can sell you a simple one for $60 to $80. It will come with directions and a book of code definitions.
Assuming it is automatic, read the dipstick, probably Dextron III.
Take it to Jiffy Lube and have the attendent show you how to read it. You will be able to ask as many questions as you would like to and get as much information as you need. You will have hands on training and visuals.
Pull the dipstick out of the automatic transmission and read it, will tell you what fluid to use.
If that is an automatic transmission, pull the dipstick and read it, it will tell what fluid to use.
Locate dipstick at rear of engine between motor and firewall, usually has a red handle. With motor running and hot read the marks on the dipstick.
Pull up the dipstick, wipe it off, reinsert it, pull it back out, read the level.
Assuming this is an automatic transmission, pull the dipstick out and read it, it will tell you the proper ATF to use.
Pull the transmission dipstick and read what it says on the stick, it will tell you what fluid it requires.
Park it on the kick stand engine off, of course. Check the level by removing the dipstick and wiping it clean. Fully reinstall the dipstick and then remove it. The bottom mark is full cold. The top mark is full hot. Do not overfill.
First you will want to read through the manual for instructions. If that does not work you can call the manufacturer or take into a mechanic for assistance.
