If you are importing from your camera, first plug it in to your computer. The camera picture on the left should turn blue and go in a circle like things do when they load. If it doesn't then press it and a screen showing all of your videos on your camera will show up. You can check the ones you want to import or you can press "Check All". Next, press import and your video clips will import.
