First thing to do is to Google 'pregnancy calendar' it will prompt you to put in the first day of your last period, then it will calculate your due date and what week of gestation you are in. For best results I recommend you see your GP who will then do an USS (Ultrasound). If you are infact pregnant he/she will be able to tell you exactly what week you are in.

Your obstetrician will have a wheel calculator. They ask the approximate date of the last menstrual cycle, line things up, and presto! Theres your ROUGH due date. For more accuracy, a simple blood test called a serum HcG quantitative is done. It can very accurately predict how far along one is.

Going to a clinic and having your prenatal tests done is the best way. It can be scary, but it is so very worth it. Alternatively, the book What to Expect When you're Expecting is fantastic, and helpful, but will not replace the care you and your fetus need to receive at prenatal checkups.

The ultrasound can determine that. Usually if you calculate from the last day of your last period and subtract 2 weeks, you will be pretty close.

When you go to the doctor they will give you a vaginal ultrasound where you can see the baby and they measure it and based on that they can tell you how far along you are.
