The PCV valve on a 2006 Toyota Sienna is located along the side of the top of the engine. It allows gases which are built up in the engine to be removed and recycled.
4 cylinder does not have pcv valve.
If you stand facing the engine, the PCV valve is on the left side top of the engine near the back. It is connected to a short (6 inch) tube. It's difficult to get at, but you can see it and get at it if you reach back in and use a flashlight.
