If you are trying to get Mirror Mode for one specific cup you have to beat the cup on 150cc (get a gold trophy) and you will unlock it.
You need to complete 50 cc, 100 cc and 150 cc to unlock mirror mode.
it is the same races, except it is mirrored (for example: if you would normally turn right, you would have to go left)
Mirror mode is where each course is back- to-front, its like your going the wrong way (but your not).
