If you use valor, wisdom, or master form, you get 1 anti point, after you get 4 anti points, you turn into anti form, but if you use anti form you lose 4 anti points. If you use final form, you lose 10 anti points so if you like anti form, avoid using final form too much, unless you have an action replay max(there is a cheat that lets you have anti form on your drive menu)
anti form occurs randomly starting when you first get valor form from Yen Sid. It depletes all of your drive, and you cannot heal yourself until you revert. When you use Final Form, you do not become anti, though.
