remove the motor, some times its a buildup of leaves or debris stuck in the (squirrel cage fan blade) if no debris motor is old and bearing is worn you can run the blower while it it out of heater box but hold on with 2 hands and have someone turn switch you dont want to break plastic fan blade cage by bumping into dashboard at 600 rpm

You either have a blown fuse, defective blower motor, defective blower motor switch, or a defective blower motor resistor pack.
Which fan? Blower fan inside the car or cooling fan on the radiator?? Be more specific if you want help. If it's the blower motor, see the answer for how to do it on a 90 model. Up thru 1994 they're all the same procedure.the cooling fan
check fuses,see if ones blown check power at blower, don't forget the fan switch ,there famous for going out.
