Unfortunately, You Can't. The Only Other Way of Having a Different Username, is By Creating a New Penguin, But That means You Won't be as Old or Have The Same Items as Your Normal penguin.

To change your Club Penguin account,you must delete your activated one and make a new one.It is not an option to change your username,though.Hope I answered this well!
