Why is the 2000 Sebring Convertible Top not coming up?

The relay could be bad. Replace it. It's cheap. Also, try topping off the hydraulic fluid in the motor. Beyond that, the motor may be bad.

Does hydraulic fluid evaporate or burn We have a backhoe and the hydraulic fluid levels in the transmission is going down I didn't think hydraulic fluid burned like motor oil does?

Hydraulic oil is very thin and will leak if it gets a chance. It does not burn out but after several hundred hours it may start to disappear Your transmission oil might leak into the engine or the rear end due to bad seals, however you have to determine how much oil you are using over what period of time. you will use some oil thru normal running conditions ,but not very much.

Why is that car won't move after transmission fluid change?

If all that was done is a fluid change--talke it back to the serviceman who did it! If an automatic has low fluid or filter in wrong, it won't go, and/or cause damage by not getting fluid where it needs to go. If You changed fluid; check level. Add fluid as needed. If you didn't change filter, then it is not the problem, as it worked on old filter. (Best to change it with fluid, though.) Also, look for any gross leaks from transmission. These must be addressed, too. The condition of the fluid would be important before you changed it. The fluid might have been bad, "Burnt". which would mean your trans fluid is bad and now the clutches have gone bad also. It is always better to change fluid often before burnt smell. If the fluid has a burnt smell to it, then been changed out. The new fluid will further damage the transmission, ie: clutches completely smooth, no forward or reverse, etc.

How can you tell if the magneto in a riding lawn mower is bad?

does it have spark to the plug if not the part you might check would be the coil or the electronic start module probably the latter if it is a newer mower or of ots older then the coil magneto usually dont go bad could be a bad gap between the coil and the magneto if its an older mower could be a bad set of points if its an older mower point gap could be bad spark plug could be bad as I don't know exactly what the lawn mower is doing hard to tell what is wrong

Should i change transmission fluid in Honda Accord with 45 000 miles?

It is never a bad idea to change transmission fluid. However I would recommend you change it every 75,000 miles. This is sufficient on any vehicle.

Why is hydraulic fluid bad?

Hydraulic fracturing uses low concentrations of chemicals (some hazardous, some not). Usually the maximum concentration of any given chemical is 10-20 gallons per thousand gallons of fracturing fluid. It is true that a poor cement job or hole is the casing can cause water contamination but it is uncommon and current practices make it nearly impossible.
