Straight Talk no longer has a link on your account page to cancel auto-refill, which is unbelievable in this day and age.
You need to call 1-877-430-2355. It's voice automated but you'll need to speak to a human. Whenever it asks for a reply keep saying "human" and you'll eventually get a human, after that the process is pretty quick. You must have your Straight talk four digit security PIN, hopefully you kept a note when you started your account.
There are two ways that you can cancel auto refill on your Straight Talk phone. You can call a customer care representative at 888-251-8164 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. EST. Another method is to sign into your online account, go to account settings and click on the link for 'Manage Auto Refill.'
