The first round was an aptitude test, after that they called me for the HR round. 1) Tell me about your education qualification 2) How do you describe yourself in a single word 3) Tell me something about your family background 4) What is a Balance Sheet 5) Difference between equity and bond That's it. They told me that they would contact me for the next round of interview. Awaiting for there call.

i can get into a company without any interview if the hr manager or the ceo or who is someone in high position is related to me or we can say it will happen if they use a WORK POLITICS..
Involving all the company people especially HR, then appointing the concerned people to conduct intervies
