I mean, if they execute the virus program in their own system, it will a problem to their system also na.. So, there must be some way they follow, whether their virus program is working fine or not..

I heard that they get other computers to test it on like someone will volunteers there's to test it on and then the person who created the virus erases everything on the volunteers and reset everything or they just buy computers to test it on. I'm not sure
most people who do things on computer also have an old computer/laptop.
