Nortenos are a mostly Mexican gang that's under the Blood Alliance along with other gangs such as the Bloods, Pirus, & Brims to name a few. Their biggest rivals are gangs under the Mexican Mafia(Surenos, MS-13 & Eighteen Street) to name a few, and the Crips. Nortenos wear the color red to show their affiliation to the Blood Alliance.

*Nortenos call Surenos scaps cause a scrap is like a piece of trash, Nortenos think that Surenos are very trashy and dirty looking so that would be where it comes from.

*Nortenos also call Surenos Surrats(Sewer Rats) cause rats like Surenos are dirty and sneaky & they tend to come in packs just like rats.
