welll...i personally can feel a bit depressed sometimes, and i tend to make it worse by listening to complete emo music and drowning in my own tears. fun, right? but there are ways of picking yourself back up again...listening to uplifting music helps:) music is a big part of my life, i don't know what i'd do without it! i think that being spontaneous helps as well...just do something insane, talk to new people, think positive! it sounds cheesy but it works;) oh, and never give in! remember what you're grateful for...not what you're lacking in!:)
