yes! it is a highly additive drug i know and would recommend if you have been given them by your gp to put them straight in the bin! i have been on them for 3 years now for chronic Back pain and i have tried very hard to ween myself off them slowly with no affect, the withdrawal is worse than anything on earth, its like the flu x10 times headaches restlessness pain mood swings etc i personally think these drug should be band from the market and i am going to my gp tomorrow to try and get help to come off them. They really help my back pain but i have then to live with constant migraines and headaches and anxiety.
I would recommend asking your physician for an alternative pain med, as headaches are not uncommon with tramadol.

Tramadol is a synthetic opiate painkiller so should not be taken at the same time as Buprenorphine as this is an opiate blocker. The Tramadol would not work properly and the Buprenorphine may even cause a physical withdrawal from the Tramadol.
