if your talking about saliva swabs yes it does but there not very accurate

so there's a possibility it wont show up at all but it might so put a little puddle of water

in your mouth and swab that and you should be fine

Honestly depends on the intake amount due to secondhand smoking. Most likely, if you were only around it and not smoking it directly, the levels wont be high enough to show up on a test.
