Yes. because of the sugar in this product it should stay refrigerated.You should keep foods out of the danger zone to prevent bacteria from forming on foods. Bacteria can form on foods in the danger zone after just an hour. The danger zone is under 145 degrees and over 45 degrees.

Once the jar has been opened, the air tight seal is broken. When air is in the jar, bacteria and mold can begin to grow if the jam reaches temperatures over 40F for more than two hours.
