With a regional accreditation you can be assured the coursework and degree you complete will be recognized by all other colleges and universities as well as employers. You can do any nursing program online, if the university you are interested in offers an online program for nursing degrees. Today any major university does.
Yes, Quinnipiac University is considered to be a good school. However, it is best known for its medical program and nursing program.
