As yet no living organisms have been found in the samples brought back from the moon. As there is no air on the moon, and all organisms have to breath air, the fertility of the ground is most unlikely, but I may stand corrected on this matter.
The latest satellite sent to Mars is called the Hope Probe, which was launched by the United Arab Emirates in July 2020. It is part of the Emirates Mars Mission, also known as the Hope Mars Mission, and is designed to study the Martian atmosphere and climate.
There is evidence suggesting that Mars may have liquid water in the form of briny flows on its surface during certain times of the year. However, the majority of water on Mars is believed to be frozen in ice caps and underground reservoirs.
Harsh environmental conditions: Mars has extreme temperatures, intense radiation exposure, and thin atmosphere, making it challenging for human habitation. Lack of resources: Mars lacks essentials like breathable air, water, and fertile soil, requiring advanced technology and infrastructure for survival. Distance from Earth: Mars is millions of miles away, making communication, logistics, and emergency support difficult and potentially hazardous for human settlements.
There is evidence to suggest that liquid water may have existed on Mars in the past, but there is currently no direct evidence of precipitation in the form of rain on Mars. Mars does have a thin atmosphere that could support very occasional rainfall, but it would likely be in the form of sporadic snow or hail due to its cold temperatures.
