It is not implied directly to us in the play, but yes, we can safely assume so.

Besides, when Lady Macbeth finds out about the prophecy saying Macbeth would become king, she takes it that she would become queen. Now, its not very likely she would think that if she was his girlfriend!

Historically, no, they did not have a baby together. So it would also appear in the play. However, Lady Macbeth did have a son from her earlier marriage called Lulach who historically succeeded his stepfather as king. We don't hear about or see Lulach in the play, but he is perhaps referred to in Lady M's line "I have given suck and know how tender 'tis to love the babe that milks me."

No he doesnt have a son, well not in the origional version of the play. In real life the real king Macbeth had a stepson, the son of his wife Gruoch.
