I know people who have bought jerseys from them but they're not actual jerseys but imitations. They manage to get templates from the companies like Reebok and Nike who make the jerseys than make it themselves. But you can tell by the quality and by subtle differences that they are fake.
I work for a Canadian company that is an authorized retailer for Reebok NHL jerseys and i've seen the c2c jerseys up close and they're of poorer quality as well as the fact that the lettering and numbering on many jerseys is incorrect, eg. numbers larger than they should be and close but incorrect letter fonts for jersey names.
You get what you pay for essentially. $40 for a cheap fake.
No it is NOT a scam. I ordered 4 jerseys from there and received all of them in about a weeks time. I do understand that they no longer have the same web site. Now granted, they are from China and the quality of the jersey is NOT that of a $249.00 actual NFL jersey. But they delivered and I have the jerseys to prove it.
Not legit :v it a scam

No. I am a Xbox reward user and I do not think its scam.
if you think it's a scam then you are probably right.
cam to cam
I can understanding with shipping around the holidays how they could send out a wrong jersey, but this is ridiculous, they sent me the wrong jersey twice. I received a Pittsburg Polamalo Jersey with ironed on names, logo and numbers. The jersey I ordered should have the names, logo, and numbers sewn on and embroidered. By the way you have to pay the return shipping even when they screw up.
