In my opinion I would take your Nissan to the dealers because you would get a higher quality oil change done there. The dealer ships does provide better service on your Nissan.

dealer fluid is best. high temperature tested.
A transmission oil change for a 2007 Nissan Sentra 2.0 costs about $700.
Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine and are normally replaced during a complete engine rebuild. If you change your oil/filter as recommended by the manufactrue you will not need to change it. If your 2008 Nissan Altima needs a new chain then you either have neglected the oil changes or there was a factory defect. Talk to your Nissan dealer about warranty service on this.
Nissan will not offer a discount for an oil change, but they will not cost you more that $50.
