No actually, the time you got hired by the airline all you needs from your clothing, health care, beautification, travel, shelter are in the airline. Even though you are a dead heading FA (an FA that is flying but not in duty) you are still free to fly. Also your family members husband/wife, son/daughter can fly free; while your mother/father and any of your relatives can get discounts on their flights. That is if you got hired by a legacy airline/traditional airline (e.g. American Airlines) all these things are possible but if you are hired by a no-frills airlines/low-cost airline (e.g. Southwest Airlines) I am not sure about all the free benefits, but one thing is for sure: you fly for free but you have to work!
