Moose do not see well at close range and must roll their eyes forward in order to see items up close. This is not due so much to poor vision as it is to eye placement. Because their eyes are set more to the sides of the head they have a rather large blind spot in front of them.

Moose have relatively poor eyesight, but they compensate for this with their strong sense of hearing and keen sense of smell. Their eyes are better suited for detecting movement rather than detail. They rely more on their other senses to navigate their environment and detect potential threats.

Yes, they do, because in albinism the animal or human lack the ability to produce melanin. You should do more research on this, because it is impossible to explain in a small answer right here, but in short, melanin is important for helping you and animals see well. Lack of melanin causes many errors in eye development.

But albino animals have other problems other than eyesight. They can easily be spotted by predators and they also risk getting sunburn. They may even be shunned during mating season.

Although, of course, albinos always preferred as pets.... :)
