Why would you even think about feeding your hamster broccoli? They do make hamster food. The answer is no there bodies are nothing like ours and they dont have the correct enzymes to break down "human food"

That is not true, Hamsters weren't always just pets obviously. They are very well capable of eating Broccoli. As long as the quantities are small. They can eat other things as well. Avoid food that have pits. Broccoli happens to be my hamster's favorite food along with Carrots.

according to what type of hamster it is some hamsters can some cant. it just depends on what place they are from for example the Asian hamster south American hamsters etc.

The broccoli may have e-coli.

They can if you feed them too much. The appropriate amount of broccoli is maybe twice a week. Small pieces.
