it will rot but how badly lt it will rot u don't know. it also depends on if u put a fluid or anything on it. if it is in a fridge then i t will not rot in 2 days.

But after you bite an apple and leave it you shouldn't eat it any longer than a hour after it. If you haven't bitten it: Apples will get soft before they start to rot. But it can take up to 20 days. or longer or less depending on when you bought the apples and how fresh they are. (:
