No. Alligators do not live in any area that giraffes live so they can not be predators.

Nile Crocodiles on the other hand can and will eat Giraffes. Adults can be taken when they bend down to drink and calf's are especially vulnerable.

No, because they don't live in the same place, but if they had met, and the leapord was in the water, the aligater would try to eat the leopord.
