Once you visit Ever Grande City and beat the Pokemon League, you should have visited all the towns in the game. There's the Battle Tower, the Sky Pillar (the dwelling of Rayquaza), and the three caves (the dwellings of Regice, Regirock, and Registeel), but they doesn't really count as towns. Hope this helped.
