If you are a Puerto Rican citizen, you are also a United States citizen; this means you are born with basically the same rights as someone born in the United States. You don't need a passport or Visa, just a valid license or identification or sometimes a birth certificate.

Yes you do. Puerto Rico is a "Estado Libre Asociado" from the United States of America. A visa will be required in the same fashion you would need one to go to Miami.
