Tiffany had the most surgery in Girls' Generation, Yuri had double eye-lid surgery and Yoona had something done to her belly button. Sunny, Sooyoung, Tiffany and Seohyun have definatly had some sort of lip enhancement surgery, and several other members have likely had the procedure. Sooyoung has quite obviously had cheek implants.
If you search the internet, there are many photos/videos which tell you that SNSD members have had plastic surgery.
Try searching again and you will also find photos/videos that tell that SNSD members did not have plastic surgery.
Being as popular as SNSD, there are many tabloids that suggest so. Chances are they are correct.
However, it is almost impossible to know specificallywhich members did plastic surgery. Until one of the members publicly confesses that they did, the public will never know, they can only speculate.
