Cherokees did not live in teepees. They lived in wood and mud houses. Teepees were only used by nomadic Native Americans.

By "Trailer" I am guessing you mean 'mobile home.' No, not before they were produced for mass market in 1956, or approved for use on any tribally controlled land in the mid 1970's.
